Campfire and a thunderstorm are just two options that can help you reach the all-coveted flow focus.

9. Sketch

Most fresh designers loathe learning how to use Photoshop. Graduating from "rookie" to pro requires a serious amount of dedication. Least of all because PS's UI seems incredibly complex. Sketch is much more user friendly to get the hang of – and, since it's a vector-based app, Sketch's file sizes are phenomenally smaller than PS's file sizes. Which means its less demanding on your CPU processor, putting an end to frozen apps and forced shutdowns.

10. Flux

Do you work late nights in front of the PC? Nobody needs to tell you how monitors, of any kind, can damage our eyes when we stare at them for prolonged periods. That's why people the world over love f.lux. It makes screens adjust—in real time—the brightness according to the hour of time.
